Do you allow pets?

Our home is both pet-free and smoke-free so it can be enjoyed by all. 

Is the pool safe for young children?

Your safety is our priority. The pool ranges from 3ft to 6ft deep with steps at the shallow end. The patio doors are fitted with safety stickers to avoid any accidents. 

Do you provide bedding and towels?

We provide bedding and towels for all guests. There is the option of mid-stay housekeeping if anything needs refreshing.

On arrival you will find details

a QR code together with essential information.

You will also find details for

our local property management team for any other questions

you may have. 

Is the pool heated?

During the summer months the sun keeps the pool warm however in the cooler months (Oct - May) you may choose to have to pool heated. Pool heating is available at an extra cost; please note that pool heating needs to be requested and fully paid at least 3 days before arrival. 

Is there wifi?

Villa Sixteen does have wifi - our villa also has cable TV, DVD player and a telephone with free international calls available.

Do you provide bathroom and kitchen essentials?

Guests are asked to provide their own toiletries for their stay.

Hair dryers are available. 

Kitchen utensils, cookware, cutlery and crockery are also provided. 

What appliances are provided?

The property has TVs, DVD player and radio. The kitchen is fitted with a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker,

can opener and blender. There is also a washer and a dryer, iron and ironing board.
